Terms and Conditions
Suenavm™ is owned and operated by Hebei Xiong'an Aoshengtu Technology Co., Ltd.. The terms below apply to purchases made through suenavm.com.
Submitting an order
When you place an order, you confirm that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical errors, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.
Understanding a product
We aim to describe bags and luggage accurately. Appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and other reasonable factors.
Prices and the checkout total
Before you submit the order, checkout displays product prices, available discounts, applicable shipping charges, taxes where applicable and the final total.
Payment requirements
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Successful authorization and applicable fraud or security checks are required.
Processing your purchase
Normal processing takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Holidays, promotional periods and unusually high order volumes may extend this to up to 5 business days.
Dispatch and delivery
Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Depending on inventory availability, product location and destination, our facilities or designated fulfillment partners may fulfill your order. See the Shipping Policy for delivery and tracking details.
Returns and refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.
Canceling before fulfillment
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment starts.
No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
If the product is not as ordered
Tell us if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description. Supply order details and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.
We review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.
Promotional offers
An offer may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions. The conditions presented with the particular promotion apply.
Genuine errors and availability
We may correct genuine errors in pricing, descriptions, inventory or website operation when identified. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the issue and provide the available resolution.
Mandatory consumer protections
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
